To Whom It May Concern:
My wife and I purchased a vacation package from your company last November for a trip to Orlando, Ft Lauderdale, and Mexico. Joey, our sales representative, did a great job explaining the package and elevating all our concerns about how cheap it was. That however is not why I am writing you this day. We just returned from the first portion of our trip to Orlando and had a fantastic time. We just had to tell you that we loved the vacation and resort so much that we bought a condo at the resort so we can share this same experience in the future with our kids and grand kids. Thank you so much for making this possible. We just can’t wait now to take the remaining portions of our trip.

We just got back from our vacation to Orlando Florida and I must say that I'm honestly impressed. With it being Florida we did have to deal with the summer afternoon thunderstorms but that wasn't such a big deal. They lasted only about an half hour or so. Other than the weather was absolutely beautiful. I truly believe that ASTAR has one of the best customer service departments around. Not only were they patient with me but very helpful. Working with Debbie in your reservations department was a relief too. Traveling with ASTAR was completely worth it! 100%! Not only would I do it again, but I told my friends when I got back to give you a call.
