The Resort was a beautiful experience, all that your agency promised and not at all as how some 'critics' rated it. The warmth, friendliness and support from everyone made our stay a well-deserved comfortable, unforgettable vacation/anniversary. The facilities and accommodation was ideal. I wanted to take a moment and drop a line stating that I was very impressed with your travel package in Orlando Florida. The kids loved Disney and the wife and I had a time to disappear for a while next to the pool and simply relax. This was the first time we have traveled to the United States and must admit that we were slightly nervous about the whole idea. However, it was much relief that everyone at the ASTAR welcome center were very kind and helpful. By all means the vacation we purchased with ASTAR is one of the best vacations we have been on. I will certainly travel with you again in the near future.

We just got back from our vacation to Orlando, Florida and I must say that I'm honestly impressed. With it being Florida we did have to deal with the summer afternoon thunderstorms but that wasn't such a big deal. They lasted only about an half hour or so. Other than the weather was absolutely beautiful. I truly believe that ASTAR has one of the best customer service departments around. Not only were they patient with me but very helpful. Working with Debbie in your reservations department was a relief too. Traveling with ASTAR was completely worth it! 100%! Not only would I do it again, but I told my friends when I got back to give you a call.

ASTAR provided the best accommodations! Florida was great and my wife really enjoyed the beaches in Fort Lauderdale, which had a little bit of everything. Great for the kids while at the same time giving us a little grown-up time as well. The sales presentation at the resort was very informative, providing all the necessary information without being pushy or over bearing. We couldn't afford purchase at the time due to financial circumstances but certainly look forward to visiting the resort again. Hopefully, we'll be in a better position to buy next time around. In a nutshell, I had a great time in Florida and look forward to September when we go to Puerto Vallarta and Las Vegas. The kids loved Universal Studios and Disney. I just wish we had some more time to enjoy the area.

We went to both Resort programs and was very impressed about both presentations. You can have luxury stays all over the world after being an owner. The vacation was enjoyable and we had a wonderful time. The stay at the Vacation Village at Parkway and Waston was very comfortable also the Plaza Ocean Resort in Daytona. The cruise was very good and the staff on board the Regal Empress was very polite and provided great service, it made us very comfortable. The good was good. We also bought Time Share while we were at the Vacation Village in Parkway. Thanks to you and your staff once again. Keep the good work up.

My wife and I purchased a vacation package from your company last November for a trip to Orlando, Ft Lauderdale, and Mexico. Joey, our sales representative, did a great job explaining the package and elevating all our concerns about how cheap it was. That however is not why I am writing you this day. We just returned from the first portion of our trip to Orlando and had a fantastic time. We just had to tell you that we loved the vacation and resort so much that we bought a condo at the resort so we can share this same experience in the future with our kids and grand kids.
